Svalka - animated film
Max and Ivars took the intensive media approach to PS5. They worked together to compose a 25 minute film based on the philosophical meaning of human "projection" using generated and locally found images. The film was shown on a screen in the forest in front of MoKS at the end of PS5.

A cultural gathering is the central aspect in artistic activity of the three architects rised in different regions of Latvia.
Found objects, captured images and sounds represent impressions from particular locations. Interests of the artists extend beyond the correspondence of private and public. It roots deeper in so called archaic, shamanic, paleolithic era – primitive but yet linked with sense and energy of the place much stronger than in forthcoming periods of antropological development when conceptions of private and public properties appeared as regulating and limiting social criterias for use of natural resources. As architects and town planners artists had discovered restrictions in both public and private areas. Neither one nor another pays much respect for the ecology of the environment as dealing with egocentric interests of human race. To frown on ignorant manifestation of contemporary society that apart from its statehood destructively transforms environment, for the only reason of personal pleasure and unlimited comfort, artists would act in gathering and nomadism as well as refuse any beforehand prpared materials or conceptions for disposal of hypnotic social programming.
Activity of the group would result in final presentation of the “imaginary landscape of the Mooste” in format of sound and vision bult from the gathered objects and compressed impressions of the artists.
Group is open for volunteer participants both among artists and local comunity.
