GROUNDi kolmandal workshopil töötatakse terminiga performance linnakontekstis. Workshohpi põhiline idee ei ole mitte performancekunst vaid performance mõiste (inglise keelest täitmine, sooritus, esinemine, kasutus, toimimine) laiemas plaanis (kultuuris, majanduses, spordis, meelelahutuses, sõjanduses, inseneriteaduses ja ühiskonnas laiemalt). Sellise eelteadmisega ootame teid osalema workshopil

PRAKTILIST: Töötame kolmestes gruppides, esmaspäevast 14.novembrist, reede, 18.novembrini, siis toimub ka töönädalat kokkuvõttev esitlus. Grupid moodustuvad põhimõttel, 1 esindaja igast partnerorganisatsioonist (MAA, MoKS, Poznan).

Töötoa baasiks on Maatila, Taidekoulu MAA projektiruum Helsinki kesklinnas. Päevakava näeb välja nii, et töötame kella 10-17ni, Hommikuti koguneme Maatilas ja arutame ühiselt päeva tegevuskava / ülesandeid. Ülejäänud päeva töötavad grupid omakeskis linnaruumis. Päeva lõppedes koguneme taas Maatilas kokkuvõtvaks tagasiside ringiks. Õhtune aega on osalejaile vaba. Workshopil osalejail on võimalik saada soodushinnaga pileteid Helsinkis samal ajal käimasolevale Baltic Circle festivalile

OSALEJAILE:

MoKS katab osalejate transpordikulud Eestist- Helsinkisse ja tagasi. Majutuse ja toidu eest hoolitseb Taidekoulu MAA.

CALL FOR WORKSHOP PARTICIPATION:

PERFORMANCE

In this workshop meeting we propose to work with the term ‘performance’, in the context of a urban environment. Our idea is that in this workshop, our main concern is not in the performance art, but performance in general in the culture, economy, sport, entertainment, military, engineering and society in general. We would like to propose you to consider this term in following conditions to prepare yourself in the workshop:

PRACTICAL ISSUES

We are going to work in groups of three from Monday 14th to Friday 18th, when there will be a final event or presentation of this. We are aiming for groups that have one member from each organization (Taidekoulu MAA, Poznan Art Academy and MoKS). There will be no individual works, but five different groups. Groups should aim for a particular approach into the subject of ‘performance and …’.

We are going to work in Maatila, a project space of Art School Maa. It is in the city of Helsinki. We start to work there after breakfast, meet and discuss briefly what is at stake in each day. Rest of the day is designated to group work. We will also finish in the Maatila, every afternoon.

PROVIDED FOR PARTICIPANTS:

MoKS covers participants trips from Estonia to Helsinki and back. Accommodation and food is provided by Taidekoulu MAA. We will leave to Helsinki in the evening of nov 13th (sunday) and return on saturday nov 19th or 20th (it is possible to provide accommodation for you as well)
