Tantsijad, näitlejad, meediakunstnikud, fotograafid… professionaalid ja mitteprofessionaalid, vanad ja noored: OSALUSKUTSUNG INTERDISTSIPLINAARNE WORKSHOP “LENIN ON MINU” “Lenin is mine” Läbiviija: Company Semolina Tomic Barcelona, Hispaania Koordinaator: MoKS, Kunsti ja Sotsiaalpraktika Keskus 4. – 11. september 2006, Mooste, Põlvamaa IDEE: Kommunism on surnud. Praegusajal on idaeuroopa maades poliitiliselt ebakorrektne isegi kommunismist rääkida, lääneeuroopa maade kommunistlikud parteid on endid reforminud, mõned nimesid muutnud aga enamik neist on omaks võtnud vabakaubanduse reeglid ja kapitalistliku mängu süsteemid. Workshopi viivad läbi Semolina Tomic ja tema kompanii meeskond, selleks, et koguda materjali erinevate Kesk ja Ida Euroopa ning Venemaa kunstnike elukogemustest. Uurida läbi kunstnike elukogemuste, milline on olnud samm Nõukogude Liidu lagunemisest, kommunismi surmast ja etnilistest sõdadest Balkanis kapitalismi. Workshopi idee on töötada grupis kunstnikega, kes pärinevad postkommunistlikust kultuurist. KIRJELDUS: See koostööl põhinev workshop plaanib: -Arendada ruumi eneseanalüüsiks, mis tooks nähtavale erinevaid hääli ja nägemusi. - Töötada identiteedi ja kehalise väljendusega, arendades niiviisi kunstilist individuaalsust. - Luua ajutine tsoon, mis tunnistab ja aktsepteerib mitmekesisust, kui kunstilise ja loova väljenduslikkuse põhiväärtust. Seda kõike tehakse uurides inimkeha võimalusi, kombineerides liikumist, häält ja tantsu kui erinevate psühholoogiliste seisundite väljendust. Samuti vaadatakse üleminekuaja sotsiaalseid ja poliitilisi tagajärgi, kuidas see kajastub videokunstis, fotograafias ja eksperimentaalmuusikas. Workshop on neile kunstnikele, kes tahavad avastada uut teatraalset tundlikkust väljaspool konventsionaalsuse piire. Moostes toimuvale workshopile järgneb projekti teine osa, milleks on lõpuetendus. See luuakse koos kunstnikega, kes on valitud osalema sarnaste varemtoimunud workshopide seeriast. Lõpuprojekt esitatakse 2006. a. Lõpus ühes Barcelona peamises teatris Mercat de les Flors. KELLELE: Oodatud on eri loomealade esindajad: näitlejad, tantsijad, muusikud, lauljad, fotograafid, jne. professionaalid ja mitteprofessionaalid, noored ja vanad (kokku saab workshopil osaleda 12 inimest). See horvaatia loovisik elab Barcelonas alates 1985. astast. Tema igatsused otsida uusi suundi ja võimalusi teatris on teda viinud õpi ja tööreisidele Indias, Itaalias ja Hollandis. Ta on tihedalt seotud muusika- ja tegevuskunsti- maailmaga, töötades alati koos loojatega, kes otsivad uusi väljendusvorme. Tema kaheksa-aastat töökogemust Katalaani teatrikompaniis La Fura del Baus, pani teda looma omaenda tööd erinevaid distsipliine sulandavas stiilis. Semolina Tomic´i enda töödes nagu: Body Safe(er),¿Dónde Estamos?, Géminis, Oxígeno, Coto de Casa, Rotten, Raw on kõige olulisem olnud publikule elatavast reaalsusest tundliku sõnumi saatmine. Semolina Tomic on ka L’Antic Teatre - Space of creation tegevjuht ja programmikoostaja, see on tulu mittetaotlev organisatsioon, mille eesmärgiks on saada tutvustus ja esinemiskohaks kõigile väärtuslikele eksperimentaalsetele loojatele. CALL FOR APPLICATIONS INTERDISCIPLINARY WORKSHOP “LENIN IS MINE” Project of Company Semolina Tomic, Barcelona, Spain Hosted by: MoKS, Centre for Art and Social Practice, Mooste, Põlva maakond, Estonia September 4 - 11 2006 Concept: Communism is dead. These days in East European countries, it is politically incorrect even to quote this ideology and in Western European countries, communist parties have reformed themselves. Some have changed their name, and the majority have accepted the rules of free trade and the systems of the capitalist game. This investigative workshop is realized by Semolina Tomic and her company’s team in order to compile material from the life experience of artists from different countries of central Europe, Eastern Europe and Russia about "that step in the last fifteen years from the disintegration of the Soviet Union, the death of Communism and the ethnic war of the Balkan to the entry of the capitalism.” The idea is to work with the group of artists that have come out of the post communist culture and mix with others who are from other western cultures. Description: This is an intensive 8 day workshop. This collaborative workshop intends to: - Develop a space for reflection, which will allow the presence of different voices and visions related to the textures and visual imagery used. - Work with identity and physical expression, developing the artistic individuality on the principles of research used. - Create a temporary zone that recognises and accepts diversity as a value for artistic and creative expression. We will do this by researching the possibilities of the body, combining movement, voice, and dance as an expression of different psychological states. We also will look at social and political consequences through video art, photography, experimental music, for artists who want to explore an area of new theatrical sensitivity without the conventional boundaries. Following the workshop, a second part of this Project will be a final performance. This will be created with the different artists we choose from a series of workshops from the “Lenin is Mine” Project. It will be presented at the end of 2006 in Mercat de les Flors (one of the main public theatre in Barcelona, Spain). This Croatian creator has been a Barcelona resident since 1985 and counts with a Spanish nationality. Her longing to look for new lines of theatrical research drive her to travel to India, Italy and Holland. She immediately joined the world of music and performance always working with new creators who search for new forms of expression. Her eight year work experience with the Catalan theatre company La Fura del Baus, where the actor is also the creator, lead her to produce her own work in a style that merges different artistic disciplines that she has had access to. In her own creations like: Body Safe(er),¿Dónde Estamos?, Géminis, Oxígeno, Coto de Casa, Rotten, Raw the most important factor was to send the public a sensitive message of lived reality. The worry for aesthetic innovation in her stage performances meets music and the energy used by the actor She is also directing and programming L’Antic Teatre - Space of creation, organization without profit spirit, with the objective to turn it a promotion space and showcase for all those experimental creators of quality who do not find exit and that they wish to present his work. |
