“argh.” is a cooperation between the visual artists Alexandra Anagnostopoulou, Elektra Stampoulou and Mary Thivaiou. The group (originally formed in 2016) is based in Athens and is interested in researching matters regarding notions of space, procedure, experience and interaction, paying particular attention to the dynamics that develop between the urban public space and the individual and questions that stem from these matters. The work of the group draws both from contemporary social reality and theory. It includes a rather extensive part of research, while the materials and the practices used may include installations with texts, sculptural objects, visual notes, printed material, video projections, events, performances, etc.
