Olga Dermendji a Canadian artist, born and raised in Bulgaria. After studying Illustration at Sheridan Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning, I received a BFA from the University of Windsor, a teaching degree from the same institution, and a MFA degree from the University of Saskatchewan. My work flows between artistic disciplines but is predominantly concerned with sculpture, installation art and drawing. For the past year I have been working as an art instructor in Jeonju, South Korea. Currently, I'm having the pleasure of being the artist-in-residence at MoKS, Mooste, creating a number of interventions in the landscape, drawings and photographs.
