VILLEM JAHU is an interdiciplinary artist who works mostly with installations and performances. Since 2010 his focus has shifted more towards the field of sound, both as a solo artist and also in collaboration with other musicians, dancers and visual artists.
His sound is strongly influenced by Musique Concrète, noise and lo-fi aesthetics, all that in playful free-improvisational mixture.
Main topic of interest currently is encorporating the complex sonic image of natural sounds into the world of experimental electronic instruments and interactive installations.
