As we are working on an application to Creative Europe which includes a significant collaboration with Home of Sound, Lviv, we recognise the urgency of the situation they are facing, together with other Ukrainian organisations and people, with whom we are in solidarity. We are happy to make this public, along with other partners, in this statement, which was co-written with Home of Sound. We hope the application will be successful and we will be able to continue to work together.

Statement on Ukraine

As of Spring 2025, Ukraine continues to face a full-scale war initiated by Russia, marked by the violent seizure of its territory and a persistent threat to civilians, who remain direct targets of military attacks. This reality profoundly impacts Ukrainian organisations, presenting challenges that may not be fully evident to other partners. As a collaborative partnership, we affirm our unequivocal support for Ukraine’s right to self-determination and freedom from violence. We are committed to fostering an inclusive and accessible working environment, while ensuring our stance clearly defines Russia’s actions as war, in recognition of their scale and intent.
