Florent Poussineau’s work is between performance, video and installation. His creations play with the relationship between food and western society: a human necessity, a cultural art, individual or communal, evolving in a specific context and period.
Florent shared his creative culinary talents with area residents for one week while he became a guest chef at Kodukohvik Tiilu in Põlva. For each lunch menu he developed a special menu in the theme of "home cooking", which in his case, highlighted his French cooking. The success of this experiment showed in the seeling out of all dishes within several hours.
